Shipping Policy

Order Processing  
All orders before the 25. of each month, are processed on the 15. of the next month. All orders after the 25. of each month are processed two months later on the 15.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times  
Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post. Estimated delivery times are as follows:  
- Germany: 2 business days  
- EU: 3-7 business days  
- International: 7-14 business days  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs  
Shipping costs are included.

Tracking  
There is no tracking number included. If you wish, you need to reach out to connection@artmeanspeace.com and pay extra. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes  
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.

Damaged or Lost Shipments  
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you.

Address Accuracy  
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
