What is Owl Delivery?
Owl Delivery is a monthly art mail delivered straight to your physical mailbox. It is designed to act as a tool to help you deeply experience your own mind, connect with your inner world, and let magic back in. There are three plans available so you can choose exactly what you want to receive. You can choose between art prints, personal letters, stickers and sticker sheets, individual messages, interpreted tales, The Owl's Postscript, and a downloadable workbook.
What psychological model is this based on?
Our concept is deeply inspired by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model founded by Dr. Richard Schwartz, as well as Carl Jung’s Archetypes. We believe the human psyche is not a single monolith, but a system made up of different "parts" and ancient, universal blueprints. Each of these inner parts genuinely wants to protect us—even if their behavior sometimes seems stubborn or destructive. Our monthly packages, combined with our story interpretations and workbooks, are designed to help you get to know, experience, and build a trusting, integrated relationship with these collective pieces of yourself.
What is "The Owl’s Postscript"?
It is a custom newspaper sheet that you can include with your delivery. It features a few carefully selected, beautiful, and peaceful things that happened in the world the month before. It is our way of showing our brains that good things are happening, helping us counter the bad news bias of mainstream media.
Do I need to have a background in psychology or meditation to understand the workbooks and interpretations?
At the very least, you should be open to it. With a negative mindset, it won’t work—but it’s the same for plumbing: if you think you can’t do it, you won’t. You don't need any specific knowledge. If it doesn't come to you naturally at first, just keep going with the reading and answering the questions. Synaptic connections take a few repetitions to wire together and solidify. The tales and the workbook are designed for deep reflection. Please don't just read through them and say, “I don't know.” Let it flow through you and come back to it later. Everyone starts somewhere.
Choosing Your Plan
What are the different versions of the art letter I can choose from?
We offer three distinct ways to experience Owl Delivery:
The Little Owl: Our essential, simplified version. It includes an A6 art print, a beautifully stickered envelope, the Interpreted Tale, "The Owl's Postscript" news sheet, and access to the free online monthly workbook.
The Elder Owl: Our premium version where absolutely everything is included. It features an A5 art print, stickers, a sticker sheet, an individual heart message, a personal letter from Franziska, the tale, the postscript sheet, and the workbook. Choosing this version automatically enters you into the raffle to win the original painting!
The Wild Owl: Our fully customizable version. You are completely in control—you choose the size (A5 or A6) and the specific ingredients of your delivery. You can even choose to buy a beautifully stickered, empty letter if you wish.
Can I get a subscription for "The Wild Owl"?
Can I switch from the Little Owl to the Elder Owl subscription later on?
Yes, easily. Just cancel the current subscription within your account and purchase the new one.
If I choose to pause my subscription instead of canceling it, how long can I keep it on hold?
As long as you wish.
Deadlines and Shipping Logistics
Can I track my letter's journey, or does it arrive as a traditional surprise?
This is conventional mail sent with real stamps—that is where the charm is! Because of this, there is no tracking available. It arrives as a true, traditional mailbox surprise.
When is the monthly deadline to get the upcoming edition?
You must buy your Owl by the 25th of the current month to receive the upcoming edition. For example, if you order by May 25th, you will receive the June Edition, which ships out on June 15th.
If I sign up exactly on the 25th of the month, do I get the current month's edition or the next one?
On the 25th, you still get the upcoming letter. However, if you order on the 26th at 12:00 AM or later, you will move to the following month's cycle.
Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
Everywhere - and nothing more.
How long does it usually take for the letter to arrive after the shipment date?
Letters are sent out on the 15th of each month. Because I ship from Germany, international mail can take up to 40 days to arrive depending on where you live.
What happens if my physical letter gets lost or damaged in the mail?

Can I gift a single month or a subscription to a friend?
Of course you can gift someone the Owl Delivery! You are a wonderful friend for doing so—props to you. When checking out, just enter your own details for the billing address, and use your friend's name and address for the shipping address.
What payment methods do you accept, and can I pay in my local currency?
I accept all major payment methods shown in the website footer below. You can absolutely use your local currency to checkout.
If I have financial struggles but deeply want to join the movement, is there a lower-cost option?

How do I win the original artwork?
Each month, I let chance—aka the universe—decide who becomes the keeper of the original, hand-painted A5 artwork. The chosen one will automatically receive the actual original painting instead of a print, arriving safely inside a special brown envelope with a golden-eyed interior. To be automatically entered into this monthly raffle, simply choose The Elder Owl edition.
Is the content inside the letter suitable and safe to explore with my children?
That depends entirely on your personal preferences and their age. The tales are rooted in history and mythology, so they are not necessarily written as standard children's stories. However, the content is completely clean—it is not objectionable, explicit, or offensive in any way.
Are the tales and interpretations written entirely in English, or do you offer a German version?
Can I submit feedback or suggest a specific mythical being for a future theme?
Unfortunately, I do not take requests or suggestions for the monthly themes. I trust my gut and follow the flow of my own creative intuition. Thank you so much for understanding. But I always take feedback - constructive of course.
How long are the personal letters from you, and how much reading time should I set aside?
The personal letter is kept compact—just one A4 page, or a maximum of one page front and back.
Do you use plastic packaging or sleeves to protect the art prints and stickers?
I usually wrap everything within the letters or the printed tale itself. I do not use plastic packaging. Honestly, I would rather risk a minor scratch on the paper than place a heavier burden on our environment. But if your letter is damaged, which is seldom - you can get a new one.
Workbook
How do I get the monthly workbook?
Every version of Owl Delivery includes access to a free monthly companion workbook available online. Once it launches, you will find a beautifully highlighted banner right on the homepage where you can access and download it. (Note: The new workbook system officially launches on June 15th, so it is not visible on the site quite yet!)
Do I have to buy an art letter to download the monthly workbook?
No, you don’t. Anyone is welcome to use it. Just visit the website after the launch date and click the highlighted banner on the homepage to download and print it out yourself.
Environment
What is your environmental commitment?
To balance out the physical paper and postage, we partner with Ecologi. Every single order you place plants one tree worldwide at no extra cost to you. If you have a subscription, it will plant a recurring tree for you every single month.
Is the "Earthryone" NGO project active yet, or can I read more about the roadmap?
No, you can't read about it just yet. I have a clear concept in place, but the roadmap is still a bit of a secret at the moment.
Safety, Trauma, & Mental Health
How deep do the workbook questions go—are they safe to do alone, or do they touch on heavy trauma?
If heavy trauma is present within your system, there is always a chance that deeper reflection can bring it to the surface—and the workbook questions are no exception. The inner world carries both the beautiful and the horrific, and looking closely at our parts can sometimes bring up deep, overwhelming emotions.
Please know that Owl Delivery and the monthly workbooks are tools for self-reflection, creative expression, and personal growth—they are not a substitute for professional therapy, psychological counseling, or crisis intervention. If you find yourself in psychological need or a mental health crisis, please pause the workbooks and reach out to professionals who can hold safe space for you. You do not have to navigate the heavy pieces alone.
