With each letter, a tale is included. My husband and I then interpret these stories through the lenses of archetypal forces, psychology, mythology, symbolism, and spirituality. Because if the goal is to build a trusting relationship with our parts, we first have to get to know them. We need to move beyond just knowing they exist; we need to truly experience them. We need the courage to explore these aspects of ourselves in order to integrate them.

This is why I decided to include an additional free monthly workbook you can download, filled with journaling questions tailored to that month's theme.
